Our accommodation is set up for the number of guests listed in the booking. If an error was made during booking, please let us know immediately – we’ll be happy to adjust it. However, if additional overnight guests arrive without prior notice, a fee of €150 per person, per night will apply. Please reach out if there are any changes.
This is a non-smoking space, and we kindly ask you to respect this rule. A fee of €250 will apply if smoking is detected indoors. We take this very seriously to keep the atmosphere fresh and pleasant for all guests.
To maintain a peaceful environment for all guests and neighbors, please refrain from hosting parties or events without prior approval. A relaxed evening is, of course, welcome – we only ask that it stays within a quiet and comfortable setting.
In certain cases, we may request a security deposit of €500, which will be fully refunded upon the proper return of the apartment. This helps us maintain our space so that everyone can enjoy the highest standard.
We’ve put a lot of care into designing this home and are happy to share it with you. Please treat the furnishings and decor with care so that future guests can enjoy them as well.
To ensure cleanliness and hygiene, pets are not permitted in the accommodation.
