1. Booking and Payment The booking of the holiday apartment is binding as soon as it is confirmed in writing by the host. The full booking amount must be paid no later than 14 days prior to arrival. In the event of non-payment by the due date, the host reserves the right to cancel the booking.
2. Cancellation Policy Up to 14 days before arrival: Cancellations made no later than 14 days before the planned arrival date will be refunded 100% of the amount already paid. Less than 14 days before arrival: In the case of cancellations made less than 14 days before the arrival date, the full booking amount will be charged. A refund is not possible in this case.
3. Check-In and Check-Out Check-in is available from [time, e.g., 4:00 PM], and check-out must be completed by [time, e.g., 11:00 AM]. Deviations from these times are only possible with prior agreement with the host.
4. Use of the Accommodation The accommodation may only be used by the number of guests specified in the booking. Additional guests require the prior consent of the host. Pets are not allowed unless expressly agreed upon in writing beforehand. Smoking is strictly prohibited in the accommodation. Violations will result in an additional cleaning fee of €250.
5. Obligations of the Guests Guests are required to treat the holiday apartment and its furnishings with care and to inform the host immediately of any damages. Guests are liable for damages caused by them or their companions.
6. Host’s Liability The host is not liable for personal belongings of the guest that are lost or damaged during the stay. In the event of force majeure (e.g., natural disasters, power outages), there is no entitlement to compensation or refunds.
7. Data Protection The personal data of guests is processed exclusively for the purpose of handling the booking and complying with legal requirements. Data will only be shared with third parties if necessary for fulfilling the contract (e.g., reporting to local authorities).
8. Jurisdiction The place of jurisdiction for all disputes arising from this contract is the location of the holiday apartment in Italy.
